iPods come with iTunes software. install itunes to your computer, then go on itunes and put a cd in the drive. The songs on your Cd should pop up as Track , Track , Track , etc. then check mark the songs you want. on the top right corner of the screen, there is a button that says import CD, click it. then it starts downloading the checked songs. When thats done, go to the left side of the screen and click library. the library should have the songs you just downloaded. Right click the titles of the songs which right now are Track Track , etc., and click get info. A screen will pop up and ask for the song name, album, genre, and band. Fill the info out then click OK or done then when youve named all of the songs, plug the white cord that came with your iPod iPod shuffles dont need the cord Plug it into your iPod, then plug the other end of the cord into the back of your computer. Look at the screen on your iPod or the top of the computer screen. It should say updating iPod, or something similar. If u dont and theres no physical damage to tha phone dont tell them u dropped it just tell them its not workin and u dont know y. I got my phone replaced twice. I dropped it down tha stair both time smh yeah I know and couldnt hear while on calls only on speaker. Hope it helps. Good luck

Take the battery out and check for a sticker located in the back of your cell. Most cells have a sticker that changes color to red. That lets you know if liquid got all the way inside you phone. Try to wipe it down as best as possible. Dont shake it because if there is liquid inside the phone it will just spread further. Let it sit for a couple of hours and try putting the battery back in and turn in on. If it still doesnt work then check to see if your still under warranty. Hope fully you insured your phone when you bought it because its possible that you may need a new one...Good luck.
