I just got an ipod and connot figure out how to get songs on to it help please?
i have a hp pavilian compuer so can someone please walk me through it my sn is nodaybuttodayx so please help im going crazy lol or just list the steps please

iPods come with iTunes software. install itunes to your computer, then go on itunes and put a cd in the drive. The songs on your Cd should pop up as Track , Track , Track , etc. then check mark the songs you want. on the top right corner of the screen, there is a button that says import CD, click it. then it starts downloading the checked songs. When thats done, go to the left side of the screen and click library. the library should have the songs you just downloaded. Right click the titles of the songs which right now are Track Track , etc., and click get info. A screen will pop up and ask for the song name, album, genre, and band. Fill the info out then click OK or done then when youve named all of the songs, plug the white cord that came with your iPod iPod shuffles dont need the cord Plug it into your iPod, then plug the other end of the cord into the back of your computer. Look at the screen on your iPod or the top of the computer screen. It should say updating iPod, or something similar. When it says iPod updated, OK to disconnect, unplug you iPod and press music, then songs, then you should have all the songs from your Cd onto your iPod.briPod shuffles plug into the back of your computer without a cord
