Mostly not. But you should take it out and remove the battery immediatly. You should take it apart and dry it. Clean it with alcohol e.g. vodka not beer or wine . Put it together and try to turn it on. Check every button, speaker and mic, try to use every feature of your phone. If it works it works if not you can take it to the service but repair probably going to be expensive and not worth it and for the price you should be able to get a new phone.
